The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The architecture and beautiful decor made our stay truly enjoyable. we felt we were in a luxurious, exclusive paradise. Relaxing in the plunge pool while watching whales off the shore was an unforgettable highlight for us. we loved every moment of it.

Dining options were overpriced compared to nearby restaurants.

The design of the hotel is breathtaking, and the infinity pools? Absolutely dreamy! We were treated to incredible ocean views right from our terrace—a little slice of paradise!

The food prices could make a grown man cry! Breakfast was a mediocre buffet for $50 per person, which is outrageous for families.

The architecture and decor are stunning! Our two-bedroom suite with a balcony and ocean view was pure luxury. The staff was attentive, making our stay feel like royalty. I even spotted whales from the shore! I can’t wait to experience this unique gem again.

as i almost gave this place a good review, i just couldn’t get over the offensively expensive food, and the lack of airport transportation organization. i expected a room upgrade for my troubles but was treated like everyone else. definitley not the royal treatment i imagined. so disappointing for a luxury collection.

The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The pool area was stunning, and we were lucky to spot whales right from the shore. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to our tastes.

The King Room with Terrace, Ocean View and Plunge Pool was pure luxury. It had AC, a private bathroom, and we enjoyed a killer plunge pool right outside. The spa was fantastic too, offering full body massages, body treatments, and even couples massages. The outdoor pools were stunning, perfect for soaking up the sun!
